Ingredients
- 350 g of pasta
- 200 g carrots, finely grated
- 800 g of ready-made tomato sauce
- 200 g of halloumi
- olive oil, for frying
How to prepare
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- Fry the carrots in oil for a few minutes. Pour on the tomato sauce and simmer under lid 10 min.
- Grate halloumi on the rough side of the grater.
- Fry the halloumi in oil on medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Serve the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce and top with the halloumi.
