Halloumi Pasta with Tomato Sauce Recipe


  • 350 g of pasta
  • 200 g carrots, finely grated
  • 800 g of ready-made tomato sauce
  • 200 g of halloumi
  • olive oil, for frying

How to prepare

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  • Fry the carrots in oil for a few minutes. Pour on the tomato sauce and simmer under lid 10 min.
  • Grate halloumi on the rough side of the grater.
  • Fry the halloumi in oil on medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  • Serve the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce and top with the halloumi.
