Ingredients 8 pieces
- almonds: 300 g
- Eggs: 2
- Quark: 250 g
- Raspberries: ½ liter
- Dark Chocolate: ½ dl
How to prepare
- Set oven to 175 °. Tear the almond paste and mix with eggs and chopped chocolate. Pour batter into a greased and breaded mold with a removable edge, about 23 cm in diameter.
- Bake the cake in the lower part of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let the cake cool. Place it on a saucepan and spread over the frying pan.
- Garnish with raspberries.
