How to Make Almond Cake with Raspberries Recipe

Ingredients 8 pieces

  • almonds: 300 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Quark: 250 g
  • Raspberries:  ½ liter
  • Dark Chocolate: ½ dl

How to prepare

  • Set oven to 175 °. Tear the almond paste and mix with eggs and chopped chocolate. Pour batter into a greased and breaded mold with a removable edge, about 23 cm in diameter.
  • Bake the cake in the lower part of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let the cake cool. Place it on a saucepan and spread over the frying pan.
  • Garnish with raspberries.
