- Digestive biscuits: 15
- Butter: 75 g
Filling:
- Quark: 500 g
- Powdered sugar: ½ dl
- Vanilla sugar: 1 tbsp
- Egg yolks: 3
How to prepare
- Set oven to 175 °.
- Crush the biscuits in a food processor or mortar. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
- Push out the pulp in a mold with a removable edge, 24 cm in diameter. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 7 min.
- Mix or whisk together, mince, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks to an even batter. Spread the pulp in the mold. Bake in the bottom of the oven for 20-25 min.
- Allow to cool and serve with strawberries.
