How to Make American cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients 8 pieces

  • The recipe applies to 8 pieces
  • Digestive biscuits: 15
  • Butter:  75 g

Filling:

  • Quark: 500 g
  • Powdered sugar: ½ dl
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Egg yolks: 3

How to prepare

  • Set oven to 175 °.
  • Crush the biscuits in a food processor or mortar. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
  • Push out the pulp in a mold with a removable edge, 24 cm in diameter. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 7 min.
  • Mix or whisk together, mince, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks to an even batter. Spread the pulp in the mold. Bake in the bottom of the oven for 20-25 min.
  • Allow to cool and serve with strawberries.
