American vegan pancakes
5 dl wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2.5 dl milk (eg soy, almond or oat milk)
1.5 dl water
dairy-free margarine, to fry in
Stir together wheat flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Whisk down vegan milk and water.
When you have a lump-free batter, heat a little milk-free butter in a frying pan and click out small pancakes with the help of a spoon.
Fry your American pancakes golden brown on both sides and serve with fresh berries and maple syrup.
