How to Make Cranberry Truffles Recipe

Ingredients: 4 servings

  • 250 g Light chocolate
  • 25 g butter
  • 0.75 dl Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry powder
    To roll in:
  • Cranberry Powder

How to prepare

  • 4 hrs
  • Break the chocolate into smaller pieces.
  • Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat together with the chocolate until the chocolate has melted. Peel off the plate and mix down the transberry powder.
  • Peel off the plate and mix down the transberry powder, then mix the butter below. Stir and then set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
  • Shape into balls and preferably roll in cranberry powder
