How to Make Peach Pie – Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Puff pastry, thawed: 4 discs
  • Butter: 1½ tbsp
  • Liquid honey: 1½ tbsp
  • Preserved peach halves: 4
  • Icing sugar

Lemon balm cream:

  • Whipped cream 2 dl
  • Icing sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped lemon balm: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

  • Set oven to 200 °.
  • Roll out the pastry plates slightly and place them on a sheet of baking sheet paper. Melt the butter and mix with honey. Brush the puff pastry plates with the mixture. Cut the peach halves into thin slices and lightly press the halves so that they divide like a solar spring. Put one peach half on each puff pastry plate. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Whip cream and icing sugar. Turn down the lemon balm. Powder the pies with icing sugar and serve immediately with the lemon cream.
