Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the Quorn pieces with garlic and soy and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Finely shred the cabbage. Grate and cut the green onion into about 3 cm long pieces.
Fry the quorn pieces in 2 tablespoons oil for about 2 min. Add cabbage and green onion (save some for garnish if necessary) and cook another 5 minutes. Turn the rice down and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cream pepper.
Whisk the eggs and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 krm pepper. Pour the batter into the pan and stir for about 2 minutes, until the eggs are pretty and evenly set.
Sprinkle roasted onions and green onions over the nasi goreng and serve with extra ketjap manis.
