If you want to bake something with strawberries in no time that tastes fresh and tasty, you have come to the right recipe. This pastry is baked without oven, with few ingredients and you are done with it in half an hour.
You can really mix your biscuits with exactly what you want, but cream cheese flavored with lemon and vanilla and a lot of strawberries both in and on the cake is always a safe card.
The recipe is baked in a rectangular shape measuring 15 × 32 cm, giving 12 pieces.
Ingredients:
about 30-45 rectangular ladybugs (depending on size)
900 g refrigerator shell cream cheese
4 dl refrigerator shell whipping cream
2 dl icing sugar
peel from 1 lemon
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
500-750 g of fresh strawberries
Do this:
Whisk together cream cheese and whipped cream really creamy with electric whisk in a bowl.
Add icing sugar, grated lemon zest and vanilla sugar in the bowl and gently flip to a smooth batter with lollipop.
Rinse and slice half of the strawberries.
Place the first layer of biscuits in the bottom of the mold, spreading out 1/3 of the cream cheese cream and half of the sliced strawberries. Continue turning with biscuits, cream cheese and sliced strawberries until everything ends. The last layer should be cream cheese cream so that all biscuits are covered and thus also become soft in texture.
Wrap in the mold and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before decorating with strawberries and serving.
