Ingredients
- 400 g of pasta
- 10 cm leeks
- 1 red chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 packet of lenses, cooked
- 500 g crushed tomatoes
- 50 g of feta cheese
How to prepare
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Quickly fry the leeks, chili and garlic in oil.
- Pour in lentils and crushed tomatoes. Let simmer 5 minutes and crumble down the feta cheese. Taste with salt.
- Serve the sauce with the freshly cooked pasta.
