Peanut Fudge Recipe

Ingredients 24 pieces

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 dl light syrup
  • 1 dl of peanut butter, creamy or with chunks
  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • 1 dl salt peanuts, chopped

How to prepare

  • 20 minutes
  • Boil cream, sugar and syrup in a thick-bottomed saucepan and then simmer with stirring until the mixture is 120 degrees.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and chocolate into pieces until the batter is shiny and fine.
  • Add the peanuts.
  • Pour the fudge into a mold covered with baking paper. Top with chopped peanuts.
  • Let stand at room temperature for at least 6 hours before slicing the fudge into just large pieces of mouth.
