Ingredients 24 pieces
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 dl light syrup
- 1 dl of peanut butter, creamy or with chunks
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 1 dl salt peanuts, chopped
How to prepare
- 20 minutes
- Boil cream, sugar and syrup in a thick-bottomed saucepan and then simmer with stirring until the mixture is 120 degrees.
- Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and chocolate into pieces until the batter is shiny and fine.
- Add the peanuts.
- Pour the fudge into a mold covered with baking paper. Top with chopped peanuts.
- Let stand at room temperature for at least 6 hours before slicing the fudge into just large pieces of mouth.
