Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Cut the meat and cut into centimeters thick slices.
Fry onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan. Pour in water, cream, fondant and balm vinegar. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and click in butter. Salt and pepper the meat slices and fry them to fine color on both sides.
Pour the frying pan from the frying pan into the sauce and then mix smoothly with a stick mixer. Flip the sauce with the pasta and serve with the meat, salad and basil. Top with freshly written parmesan and black pepper.
