Potato salad with parmesan recipe 4 servings
- 500 g boiled cold potatoes
- 1/2 dl shredded basil
- 1 dl planed Parmigiano Reggiano 14 months
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Fruttato Midio
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Sides:
- 1 package of Prosciutto di Parma
- 1 package of salami
How to prepare
- Divide the potato and place in a bowl.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette and mix with the potato.
- Serve with cold cuts and good bread.
