Potato salad with parmesan recipe 4 servings

  • 500 g boiled cold potatoes
  • 1/2 dl shredded basil
  • 1 dl planed Parmigiano Reggiano 14 months
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Fruttato Midio
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Sides:

  • 1 package of Prosciutto di Parma
  • 1 package of salami

How to prepare

  • Divide the potato and place in a bowl.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette and mix with the potato.
  • Serve with cold cuts and good bread.
