A recurring favorite dish with us and the best part is that you cook everything in the same pot. The pasta is cooked in the sauce, so smoothly. It goes fast and becomes incredibly creamy and tasty!
You need for up to 4 servings:
4 chicken fillets
1 small yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
4 dl cream
3 dl water
1 dice chicken broth
300 g of tagliatelle
Salt and black pepper from mill
70 g fresh leaf spinach
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Some leaves of basil
Butter for frying
Do this:
Divide the chicken fillets into just large pieces. Fry them in butter in the frying pan. Put aside.
Chop the onion and squeeze the garlic. Mash onions and garlic with butter in a large saucepan or saucepan without the onion taking color. Beat over cream and water. Add the broth cubes and place the pasta in the saucepan. Cook for about 8 minutes and taste with salt and pepper. Add the leaf spinach, chicken meat and grated parmesan and stir.
Put the pasta on a serving dish, top with fresh basil. Serve at once with garlic bread.
