Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons butter & rapeseed oil
- 400 g of minced meat
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 gram black pepper
- 1 piece of meat broth cubes
- 390 g of crushed tomatoes
- 0.5 dl whipped cream
- 300 g of spaghetti

- 0.5 dl whipped cream
- 300 g of spaghetti
How to prepare
- Peel and chop onions and garlic
- Mash the onion in butter & rapeseed oil 2-3 min
- Add minced meat and brown with stirring so that it crumbles
- Add tomato puree, salt and pepper, crumbled broth cubes and crushed tomatoes
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes
- Stir every now and then
- Pour in cream and cook for about 30 minutes
- Stir every now and then, pour in some water if it gets dry
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package
- Pour off the pasta and mix with the minced meat sauce
