Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons butter & rapeseed oil
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 1 piece of meat broth cubes
  • 390 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 dl whipped cream
  • 300 g of spaghetti
  • 1 yellow onion

  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 1 piece of meat broth cubes
  • 390 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 dl whipped cream
  • 300 g of spaghetti

How to prepare

  • Peel and chop onions and garlic
  • Mash the onion in butter & rapeseed oil 2-3 min
  • Add minced meat and brown with stirring so that it crumbles
  • Add tomato puree, salt and pepper, crumbled broth cubes and crushed tomatoes
  • Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes
  • Stir every now and then
  • Pour in cream and cook for about 30 minutes
  • Stir every now and then, pour in some water if it gets dry
  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package
  • Pour off the pasta and mix with the minced meat sauce
