- strawberry pie
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl coconut flour
- 4 dl almond flour
- 2 dl light sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 eggs
- 800 g of strawberries
- vanilla Cream
- 3 dl whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon light sprinkle or sweet sprinkle
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
How to prepare
- 35 minutes
- Strawberry pie: Set oven to 175 degrees.
- Cut the butter into pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Mix all the dry ingredients and mix with the butter, mixing into a crumbly dough. Add the eggs.
- Place half of the pie dough in the bottom of a large pie mold, about 26 inches in diameter.
- Sift and slice the strawberries. Distribute over the pie bottom.
- Put on the rest of the pie dough.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Vanilla cream: Mix the cream, light sprinkle or sweet sprinkle and vanilla powder.
- Whip up the cream and serve to the strawberry pie.
