Strawberry Pie with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients 12 pieces

  • strawberry pie
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 dl coconut flour
  • 4 dl almond flour
  • 2 dl light sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 800 g of strawberries
  • vanilla Cream
  • 3 dl whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon light sprinkle or sweet sprinkle
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

How to prepare

  • 35 minutes
  • Strawberry pie: Set oven to 175 degrees.
  • Cut the butter into pieces and put it in a bowl.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients and mix with the butter, mixing into a crumbly dough. Add the eggs.
  • Place half of the pie dough in the bottom of a large pie mold, about 26 inches in diameter.
  • Sift and slice the strawberries. Distribute over the pie bottom.
  • Put on the rest of the pie dough.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Vanilla cream: Mix the cream, light sprinkle or sweet sprinkle and vanilla powder.
  • Whip up the cream and serve to the strawberry pie.
