Ingredients vegan pad thai
- Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 4 tablespoons Japanese soy
- 2 tsp Misopaste
noodles - 250 grams of rice noodles
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili
- 2 carrots
- 250 grams of fresh broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 50 grams of peanuts
- 1 pc of lime
How to prepare
Sauce:
- Mix together sesame oil, agave syrup, light soy and miso paste in a bowl. Put aside.
noodles: - Cook the rice noodles as directed on the package.
Pad thai:
- Finely chop the garlic cloves. Slice the red onion, chili and carrots as well as divide the broccoli’s bouquets into smaller pieces and slice the stem into thin slices. Cut the bell pepper into smaller pieces.
- Fry the onion, garlic, chilli and carrots in sesame oil for a few minutes, then mix the broccoli and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the noodles and sauce into the vegetable cutter and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with chopped peanuts and lime wedges.
