Vegan Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients Vegan pancakes

  • 4 tablespoons of soy flour, change slightly to graham flour
  • 6 cups of soy milk, or oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • oil, for frying

How to prepare

1. Tip! Good to eat with fresh fruits like apple, strawberries and other berries.
2. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Whisk in 50% of the soy / oat milk so that it becomes a smooth batter.
4. Add the rest of the soy / oat milk. Allow to swell for 30 min.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and bake thin pancakes.
