Ingredients
- 2.5 dl rice
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 150 g kale
- 450 g cauliflower, in smaller bouquets
- 0.5 red onion, shredded
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 270 g of solid tofu
- 1 tsp curry
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 0.5 dl sriracha sauce
- 0.5 tsp salt
How to prepare
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all the vegetables with garlic and salt. Put aside.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and season with curry, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt. Fry in oil in frying pan to fine color on both sides.
- Turn the rice around with all the vegetables and serve with tofu, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
