Vegetable soup in a pressure cooker – Recipe 6 to 8 servings
2 yellow onions
4 carrots
400g root celery
2 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
4 closes bleach celery
100g fennel
1 red pepper
salt, pepper
3 tbsp vegetable fund
1.5 liters of water
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 dl cream fraiche
How to prepare
Chop onions, carrots, root celery, tomato, and garlic. Shred the celery, cabbage and bell peppers.
Melt the butter in the pressure cooker and add all the vegetables. Let it stir with stirring for a few minutes. Salt and pepper.
Turn on the water, vegetable fund, and dill. Put the lid on and run the pressure cooker for 10 minutes with the lowest pressure. Stir in creme fraiche and serve the soup with crunchy sandwiches.
