Sides: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Chicken Bolognese: Rinse and chop leeks. Peel and finely chop garlic. Brown the saucepan in oil on high heat. Add the leeks, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper when the mash is cooked through and further fry for 1 min on medium heat.
Add broth, tomato puree, balsamic vinegar, crushed tomatoes and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Rinse and chop the basil and turn down just before serving.
Accessories: Rinse salad and tomatoes. Halve the tomatoes and mix with the salad in a bowl.
Serve chicken bolognese with freshly cooked pasta and side salad.
