Spicy chicken kebab, easy to do. Served in pita bread with both white and red sauce.

You need
600 g of chicken thighs without skins
Marinade
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika powder
1 tbsp sambal oelek
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
White kebab sauce
2 cups of yogurt
1 dl mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 krm cayenne pepper
salt
Red kebab sauce
1.5 dl ajvar relish mild
1 cup tomato puree
0.5 dl of rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons sambal oelek
salt
black pepper

Pita
Cucumber, sliced
Sliced red onion (or shallots)
parsley, chopped
Do this
Mix the chicken with the spices. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until it has a nice color.
Allow to cool slightly and slice / chop the chicken with a knife.
White kebab sauce
Mix all ingredients and taste with salt.
Red kebab sauce
Mix all ingredients and taste with salt and pepper.
