A classic dish that fits perfectly to make a big cook for a lot of people or freeze food boxes for a stressful day when you don’t have time to cook. Tip: You can vary the dish with different types of beans, chicken mince or Quorn mince
Ingredients 6 servings
- 600 grams of beef
- 2 yellow onions
- 2 garlic cloves (s)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1.5 green pepper
- 4 dl crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 dice meat broth
- 0.5 tablespoons chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 pc salt
- 4 dl white beans, in tomato sauce
- pepper
- 6 port rice, cooked
- salad
How to prepare
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper and cut it into pieces. Brown onion and garlic in a little oil on low heat.
2. Stir in the mutton and bell pepper. Brown for a few minutes. Add tomato puree and fry for a minute.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and spices. Cook the pot without the lid for about 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently. When most of the liquid has boiled away, taste with salt and pepper.
4. Let everything warm through. Serve with rice and salad.
