Ingredients 4 servings Greek Salad Recipe
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into rough pieces
- 6 tomatoes, in pieces
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1½ dl Kalamata olives cored
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Classico
- 1 package Feta cheese, 150 g
- 1 tsp oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil Classico
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
How to prepare
- Mix cucumber, tomato and red onion on a platter with olives and toss over vinegar and olive oil.
- Top with a whole piece of feta cheese and crumbled oregano.
- Salt, pepper, and stir over a nice good olive oil.
