Classic Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings Greek Salad Recipe

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into rough pieces
  • 6 tomatoes, in pieces
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1½ dl Kalamata olives cored
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Classico
  • 1 package Feta cheese, 150 g
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil Classico
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare

  • Mix cucumber, tomato and red onion on a platter with olives and toss over vinegar and olive oil.
  • Top with a whole piece of feta cheese and crumbled oregano.
  • Salt, pepper, and stir over a nice good olive oil.
