Ingredients 4 servings
- Pasta: 300 g
- Fresh green asparagus: 125 g
- Cooking cream:2½ dl
- Shellfish broth: ½ tbsp
- Chopped fresh herbs, such as dill and chives:½ dl
- Salt:1 pinch
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Peeled shrimps:200 g
How to prepare
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- Consider and cut the asparagus thin. Boil cream, broth and asparagus. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in herbs, salt, pepper and pasta. Top with shrimp when serving.
