Creamy Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Pasta: 300 g
  • Fresh green asparagus: 125 g
  • Cooking cream:2½ dl
  • Shellfish broth: ½ tbsp
  • Chopped fresh herbs, such as dill and chives:½ dl
  • Salt:1 pinch
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Peeled shrimps:200 g

How to prepare

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  • Consider and cut the asparagus thin. Boil cream, broth and asparagus. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in herbs, salt, pepper and pasta. Top with shrimp when serving.
