Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Arla® Swedish Butter
  • Potatoes: 4
  • Yellow onion: 1
  • Water: 3 dl
  • White pepper: 1 pinch
  • Vegetable broth: 2 dices
  • Milk: 5 DL
  • Cooking cream: 2½ dl
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • White wine or pressed lemon: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped fresh chives: 1 dl

How to prepare

  • Cut the mushroom into pieces. Melt it in butter and set aside.
  • Peel and slice the potato. Peel and chop the onion. Mash potatoes and onions in butter in a saucepan.
  • Add water, pepper and broth cubes. Let the soup cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Beat or mix crushed onions and potatoes. Add mushrooms, milk and cream. Let cook a few min. Season with salt, wine and chives.
