Gluten-Free Crumble Pie with Blueberries

ingredients: 1 pie

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 1 ¾ dl powdered sugar
  • 2 dl oatmeal or mixed oatmeal
  • 3 dl almond flour
  • 2½ dl corn starch + 1 tbsp
  • 4 dl blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • For serving:
  • lightly whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce

How to prepare

  • 50 minutes
  • Set the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Mix butter, sugar, oatmeal, almond flour and corn starch to a crumbly dough. Press out half of the dough into a round pie mold, about 22 inches in diameter. Push the dough up onto the edge as well.
  • Mix blueberries, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and sugar. Put the filling in the pie shell. Sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
  • Serve the pie with lightly whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or custard.
