Ingredients 4 servings
- 1 pack Mixed white beans Organic, rinsed
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces
- 3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1/2 dl Kalamata olives cored
- salt
- black pepper
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Classico
- 2-3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 package Feta cheese, 150 g
How to prepare
- Mix all vegetables and beans and taste with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
- Put on plates and finish by putting on the feta cheese.
- Rollover some extra olive oil.
