Greek Salad with Mixed Beans Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • 1 pack Mixed white beans Organic, rinsed
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 dl Kalamata olives cored
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Classico
  • 2-3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 package Feta cheese, 150 g

How to prepare

  • Mix all vegetables and beans and taste with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
  • Put on plates and finish by putting on the feta cheese.
  • Rollover some extra olive oil.
