Grilled Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • 500 g of right-handed or optional meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue spice
  • about 4 tomatoes
  • 1 salad head
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 packet, 140 g, bacon (preferably smoked potato)
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese for burgers
  • 4 hamburger breads
  • about 600 g of sweet potato
  • potato flour
  • salt
  • oil for deep frying

How to prepare

  1. Mix the mash with barbecue spice and oil. Form hamburgers and leave on water rinsed cutting board. Crunchy bacon slices.
  2. Prepare salad, slice tomatoes and red onion.
  3. Grill the burgers for a few minutes on each side. Let the cheese slices melt over the burger towards the end of the grilling. Heat the breads and distribute burgers and other ingredients.
  4. Peel the sweet potato and cut into thin rods. Place them on paper towels and sprinkle with a thin layer of potato flour.
  5. Fill half a pan with oil. Heat up to about 180 ° C, preferably use a thermometer. Always keep a lid nearby in case of excessive temperatures.
  6. Fry the potatoes in batches until they have a nice color and soften. Place them on paper towels. Salt and serve immediately with the burgers.
