Grilled Zucchini With Spicy Marinade Vegetarian Recipe


  • 1 large zucchini (about 600-640g)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Chinese soy
  • BBQ seasoning
  • black pepper on a mill
  • bread or pancakes *
  • 0.5 dl chopped dill

How to prepare

Wash the zucchini and halve it. Cut to 4 pieces to make two pieces per person (a total of 8).
Stir together oil and soy.
Light the grill or heat up a grill pan. Place the zucchini pieces face down and brush the top with the marinade. Pull over a lap of barbecue spice and black pepper. Turn the pieces so that the cut surface comes down and grill until the zucchini has a nice surface and grill strips.
Brush the outside and turn it back down. Grill until the zucchini has softened (feel with a toothpick). Brush with more marinade and powder over a layer of bread on the cut surface. Sprinkle over chopped dill.
