- 4 servings
- 500 g of uncooked, soaked chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 pot of coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon cumin
- oil to fry in
How to prepare
- Mince yellow onion and garlic. Mix the soaked chickpeas in a food processor with the onion, garlic, coriander, salt and cumin.
- Heat well with oil in a frying pan or saucepan.
- Take about a tablespoon of the clutter and shape the balls. Fry the balls until they get a wonderfully crisp, golden brown surface.
