Vegan Pasta Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g of solid tofu
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ dl of Japanese soy
  • 2 ½ dl oat cream
  • pepper
  • liquid vegan margarine

How to prepare

  • Squeeze garlic and mix with liquid smoke and Japanese soy. Cut tofu into small cubes and marinate in the soy and garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Fry the marinated tofu in liquid margarine and then add the oat cream. Simmer for 10 minutes and taste with pepper.
  • Serve with any pasta.
