Homemade Falafel Vegan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 500 g of uncooked, soaked chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 pot of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon cumin
  • oil to fry in

How to prepare

  • Mince yellow onion and garlic. Mix the soaked chickpeas in a food processor with the onion, garlic, coriander, salt and cumin.
  • Heat well with oil in a frying pan or saucepan.
  • Take about a tablespoon of the clutter and shape the balls. Fry the balls until they get a wonderfully crisp, golden brown surface.
