Really fresh food with modern ingredients – tasty and useful!
3/4 dl quinoa
10 cm sliced leeks
75 g sliced (forest) mushrooms
½ diced red pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g of sugar peas, shredded
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon pressed glue
75 g sliced papaya or mango
100 g shredded smoked chicken
1 large fist salad
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Quinoa is a South American herb that is naturally gluten free and contains lots of delicacies. Rinse it in hot water before boiling to release a bitter taste.
Then cook the quinoa. Fry the leeks, mushrooms and peppers in the oil for a few minutes. Mix the peas and saute 1 more minute. Turn down ginger, lime, papaya and chicken and mix everything into the quinoa. Lay on a bed of lettuce leaves and sprinkle with coriander.
Psst: The chicken can be substituted for turkey or shrimp.
