Warm Taco Salad Recipe

Easily fixed Friday cozy salad that is easier to eat than regular tacos for 2 people.


200 g of beef, max. 12%
1 diced pepper
½ bag taco spice mix
1 dl water
½ pot shredded romaine salad
100 g halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup unsweetened corn barley
1 dl diced cucumber
1 dl grated stored cheese 17%
40 g tacochips
2 tbsp tacos sauce

Do this

Brown the mash in a dry pan. Let the pepper simmer for one minute. Add spice mix and water and let simmer for a few minutes. Divide the vegetables into 2 plates, pour over the mash and sprinkle with cheese and chips. Click over tacos sauce.
