Ingredients 6 servings
- Pumpkin:1⅕ kg
- Yellow onions: 2
- garlic cloves: 4
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Milk: 12 dl
- vegetable broth: 4 dices
- Crème fraiche: 4 dl
- Lime, grated peel and juice: 2
- Sambal oelek:2 tsp
- Fresh coriander
- 1 pot
How to prepare
- Peel and cut the pump into cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Fry the onion in butter in a saucepan.
- Add pumpkin, milk and broth cubes. Let the soup cook for about 10 minutes.
Mix the soup and stir in half of the crème fraiche.
- Season with lime, sambal oelek and possibly salt. Let the soup cook, serve with a click of crème fraiche and fresh coriander.
