How to Make Vegetarian Bolognese

Pasta Bolognese with quorn or soy sauce becomes a vegetarian favorite for pasta. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.

Serve with pasta and parmesan.

You need

300 g quorn mince
1 yellow onion
2 carrots
400 g crushed tomatoes garlic and herbs [1 jar]
0.5 dl tomato puree
0.5 dl crema di balsamic
1 dl water
oil, for frying
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Do this

Grate carrots and onions on grater and mill with quorn mince for about 5 minutes.
Add water, balsamic vinegar, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree and bring to a boil.
Let simmer for about 7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pasta and parmesan.
