Lasagna With Cottage Cheese och Spinach Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 70 g of baby spinach
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g of tomatoes passed
  • 9 lasagna plates
  • 1 thin planed zucchini
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to prepare

  • Set oven to 225 °.
  • Fry onions and garlic without coloring in a frying pan with oil.
  • Add the spinach and turn with the onion. Salt and pepper.
  • Toss passed tomatoes, lasagna plates, zucchini, spinach mixture and cottage cheese in a suitable oven-safe form.
    Press to the lasagna plates and cook in the oven for about 25 min.
