Ingredients 8 servings
- 1 kg of shrimp with shell
- Dressing
- about ½ teaspoon crushed dill seeds
- 1 dl rapeseed oil or other optional oil
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- about 2 tsp lemon pepper
- Salad
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped leeks
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 small bunch of asparagus
- 1 avocado
- Accessories
- crispbread or optional biscuits.
How to prepare
- Mix the dressing and leave to stand for a while.
- Peel the shrimp and mix with the dressing. Let the peas boil and cool them by immediately rinsing them with cold water.
- Lightly swirl the asparagus in salted water, but no longer than it has its resilience. Cut into smaller pieces and mix together with peas and leeks.
- Just before serving – mix down small pieces of avocado
