How to prepare the dish
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
- Divide the salmon into 4 filets, cut a deep cut into each.
- Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl.
- Chop tomatoes and olives, mix with the fat.
- Salt and pepper the salmon and spread the fat mixture into the cuts.
- Put in a mold and whisked olive oil over, put into the oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Cut some fresh thyme over and serve with a bean salad.
