Oven-baked Salmon with feta cheese and olives Recipe

Serve this oven-baked salmon with feta cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes for a cereal or bean salad.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 600 g salmon fillets
  • 150 g
  • feta cheese
  • 4-5 Sun-dried tomatoes Classico
  • 70 g Kalamata olives
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Fresh thyme

How to prepare the dish

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  • Divide the salmon into 4 filets, cut a deep cut into each.
  • Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl.
  • Chop tomatoes and olives, mix with the fat.
  • Salt and pepper the salmon and spread the fat mixture into the cuts.
