Ingredients 4 servings
- 200 g Fusilli
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and cut into pieces
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 2 dl Green Peas
- 60 g rocket
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Classico
- 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon cut, sliced
- salt
How to prepare
- Cook the pasta.
- Then cool it quickly under running cold water.
- Mix all ingredients and taste with salt and pepper.
