- Pasta sauce (optional)
- 4 dl Pasta rigatoni
- 300 g Fresh green asparagus
- 250 g Cold smoked salmon
- 150 g Finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper 1 pinch
How to prepare
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces.
- Divide the salmon into small pieces.
- Heat the sauce with most of the asparagus in a saucepan. Mix with pasta. Top with the rest of the asparagus, salmon and chives. Pepper.
