Pasta with Asparagus and Salmon

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Pasta sauce (optional)
  • 4 dl Pasta rigatoni
  • 300 g Fresh green asparagus
  • 250 g Cold smoked salmon
  • 150 g Finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper 1 pinch

How to prepare

  • Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces.
  • Divide the salmon into small pieces.
  • Heat the sauce with most of the asparagus in a saucepan. Mix with pasta. Top with the rest of the asparagus, salmon and chives. Pepper.
